1. Who you are buying from
Steam Machine Prints is a brand of EKINSOL BV, VAT BE 0740.479.291. Registered office: Pierlapont 16, 8210 Zedelgem, Belgium. Contact: contact@flowz.studio.
Our other brand is Flowz Studio at flowz.studio, formerly flowz.be. By ordering, you confirm you are at least 18 or have permission from a parent or guardian.
2. Products and compatibility
We make independent faceplates and accessories. The product page identifies the device and version the accessory fits. We do not sell the console itself.
Products are printed and finished with care. Small differences in colour, texture and finish between materials or batches are inherent to production, not necessarily a defect.
3. Orders and payment
We send an order confirmation by email. An order is final once we receive payment. We may refuse an order if information is incomplete, payment fails or we suspect abuse.
All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout. The total shown before payment is the total you pay.
Stripe handles online payments. The available methods are shown at checkout; they may include cards, Bancontact and iDEAL. We never receive or store your full card details.
4. Shipping and delivery
Every order is made after payment and leaves the workshop in 2 to 4 working days. Delivery then takes 1 to 2 working days inside Belgium and 3 to 6 working days to the other countries we ship to. We send a tracking link after dispatch.
Belgium €6, free from €25; other countries we ship to €8.95. The rate for your destination is confirmed at checkout.
We ship to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark and Sweden, and not to other countries for now. The delivery options available for your order are shown at checkout. Deliveries use bpost, postnl and DPD.
5. Returns and withdrawal
You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Email contact@flowz.studio for return instructions. Send the product back in its original condition. Return postage is yours unless the error is ours.
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, such as a faceplate printed with your own photo or cut to your dimensions, cannot be returned for a change of mind. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty or does not match your order.
After notifying us of withdrawal, return the goods within 14 days. We reimburse the purchase and standard outbound delivery within 14 days of notification; we may wait until we receive the goods or evidence that you sent them. Extra delivery upgrades are not reimbursed.
6. Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products. If the product is damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery to contact@flowz.studio, with photos, so we can resolve it promptly. This request does not limit your statutory consumer rights. Damage from misuse, dropping, heat, moisture, modifications or normal wear is not a manufacturing defect.
7. Intellectual property
Our designs, photographs, logos and text belong to EKINSOL BV or their respective rights holders. Do not copy or distribute them without permission. For a personalised order, you must have the rights needed to reproduce the artwork you provide.
8. Use and liability
Use the accessory only as described on its product page and follow the fitting and safety information. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse or modification. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.
9. Privacy
We process personal data to fulfil orders and provide our services. Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain the data, recipients, storage and optional analytics.
10. Valve
Steam Machine Prints is an independent accessory maker. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation. Steam and Steam Machine are trademarks of Valve Corporation.
References to Steam Machine describe compatibility. Our accessories are our own products; we do not sell Valve hardware or imply Valve approval.
11. Law and contact
Belgian law applies. In a dispute, the courts of the district of the registered office of EKINSOL BV have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

12. Your own print
For an own print, you confirm you hold the rights needed to reproduce the photo you upload, or have permission to use it, and you agree to compensate us for a claim arising from that photo. We review every photo by hand before printing and may refuse to print it, with a full refund, if it infringes a third party’s rights (including a logo, game art or someone else’s photograph) or is otherwise offensive or unlawful. An own print is a personalised product: the withdrawal exception under “5. Returns and withdrawal” above applies to it the same way as to any other personalised order.
